Parkside Pilates Club offers a thoughtfully programmed mix of Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and strength-based Yoga, designed to support athletic performance, injury prevention, and overall well-being. Located within the tennis club, our studio provides members and guests with expert-led movement classes that complement both sport-specific training and everyday life.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, or recover smarter, our classes are designed to challenge the body while remaining low-impact and sustainable.

Certified, Experienced Instructors
All Parkside Pilates instructors are fully certified and professionally trained, with experience in both athletic performance and rehabilitation-focused movement. Our team understands how to safely challenge the body while respecting individual needs, injuries, and goals. Modifications and progressions are always offered to ensure a supportive and effective class experience.
